We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept money orders or checks. We apologize for this inconvenience. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Credit Cards. We will not charge your credit card, until your order is ready to be shipped. You are always welcome to change your credit card number, unless the order is ready to be shipped. We will contact you incase of any credit card authorization problems.

Price and Availability

We have the best prices on all our collections. All discounts are as stated on the website. Despite our best efforts, a small number of books in our catalog may be mispriced. However, we verify prices as part of our shipping procedures. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped.

Sales Tax

Items sold by Indoo.com and shipped to places in the states of New Jersey are subject to tax. Sales tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item. The tax rate applied will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order was shipped. Please note that the "Estimated Tax" in your invoice may change from the time it was ordered, as sales tax depends on many factors.

Returns

Your satisfaction is always first. Returns are very easy at Indoo.com. You may return any book within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. A 15% stocking fee is applied for the returned merchandise and the shipping charges will not be refunded. Any book in its original condition is eligible for return. Please include your OrderID,name and address while returning the items. Returns can be addressed to: Indoo.com 22C Cragwood Road Avenel, NJ 07001 We will notify you by email about your refund, once we have received the returned item. You will be issued credit, less the shipping charges. If the return is due to our error we will issue a full credit.
